With this option, we assist clients in establishing a new credit profile without tradelines and provide guidance on how to properly document a verified five-year rental history. This updated profile will improve your eligibility when applying for apartments, even if you’ve experienced past rental or credit challenges.

This service does not include income verification and is intended for housing/apartment applications only. It is not designed for auto or personal loan applications—please refer to Option 4 for those purposes.

Option 1

Full Apartment or Housing Support — Lease in Your Name

With this option, we assist clients in organizing and strengthening their credit profile for housing purposes. We provide guidance on building a positive credit history, including adding tradelines where appropriate, and documenting long-term rental activity. This updated profile may improve your opportunities when applying for apartments, even if you have previous rental or credit challenges.

This service does not include income verification and is intended for housing/apartment applications only. It is not designed for auto or personal loan applications—please refer to Option 4 for those purposes.

Option 3

Move-In Ready Package — Assistance for Securing a Sublease

This option is designed for clients with past rental or credit challenges, such as evictions, apartment debt, criminal history, or low credit scores. We provide guidance throughout the application and sublease process, helping you navigate available sublease opportunities and prepare a strong application for landlords.

Move-in timing may vary based on landlord approval and property availability. Additional travel outside Dallas may incur a $500–$1,000 fee.

Note: This service provides guidance and support only. All final sublease approvals and lease terms are determined solely by the landlord.

Option 4

Credit Counseling Service

We assist clients in removing their credit profiles and addressing inaccuracies or outdated information that may affect rental, auto, or personal loan applications. Our service provides step-by-step guidance for submitting disputes and working with reporting agencies to help ensure your credit information is accurate and current.

Keep in mind we have to work with credit bureaus and creditors so patience is needed and result will not be immediate. Please set your expectations correctly as nothing happens overnight
