SureSign Approvals provides application preparation, documentation support, education, and guidance services related to rental applications and credit-related topics. Our services are intended to help clients understand application requirements and organize information for submission.

SureSign Approvals does not:

  • Guarantee rental, housing, or credit approval
  • Act as a lender, broker, guarantor, or co-signer
  • Sign leases on behalf of clients
  • Determine eligibility, approval decisions, deposit requirements, or move-in timelines
  • Modify credit files or submit disputes on behalf of clients

All decisions related to rental approval, credit reporting, deposits, and lease execution are made independently by property owners, management companies, lenders, or third-party reporting agencies.


1.2 No Guarantees

All services are provided on a best-effort basis. Results vary depending on individual circumstances and third-party criteria. No guarantees—express or implied—are made regarding approvals, timelines, deposits, or credit outcomes.


1.3 Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate and truthful information
  • Submitting applications directly to properties or third-party platforms (such as RentCafe)
  • Paying all property-related costs, including application fees, administrative fees, deposits, move-in fees, and rent
  • Complying with all property, lender, and reporting agency requirements

SureSign Approvals is not responsible for decisions made by third parties or for inaccuracies in information provided by the client.


1.4 Payment Terms

Fees are charged for services rendered, including consultations, preparation, education, and documentation support.

  • Payment terms are disclosed prior to enrollment
  • Any installment payments are based on service milestones, not approval outcomes
  • Priority or expedited service fees apply to scheduling and preparation only

Fees are not contingent upon approval results.


1.5 Limitation of Liability

SureSign Approvals is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or third-party damages. Liability is limited to the amount paid for services rendered.


2. Privacy Policy

2.1 Information We Collect

We may collect personal information such as:

  • Name, contact details, and identification information
  • Rental, employment, and housing-related information voluntarily provided
  • Credit-related information shared for educational and guidance purposes

2.2 How Information Is Used

3. Refund Policy

3.1 No Refunds for Services Rendered

Due to the nature of consultation, preparation, education, and documentation services, all fees are non-refundable once services have begun.


3.2 Non-Refundable Fees

Non-refundable fees include:

  • Consultation fees
  • Application preparation services
  • Priority or expedited service fees
  • Any services already performed

Refunds are not issued based on approval outcomes or third-party decisions.


3.3 Chargebacks & Disputes

Clients agree to contact SureSign Approvals directly to resolve billing concerns before initiating a chargeback. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in service termination.


4. Credit & Tradeline Guidance Disclosure

SureSign Approvals provides education and guidance only regarding credit profiles and authorized user tradelines. We do not sell tradelines, add tradelines to credit reports, establish credit profiles, or guarantee credit scores or outcomes.


5. Geographic & Travel Fees

Travel outside the Dallas metropolitan area may incur additional fees, disclosed in advance, based on distance and scope of services.


6. Policy Updates

SureSign Approvals reserves the right to update these policies at any time. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of any updates.
